Syndico is a property management platform for Swiss PPE (co-ownership) buildings, providing tools for charge calculation, QR-bill generation, and general assembly management.

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Pricing

Our pricing is displayed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.

User obligations

You agree to:

Data ownership

Flathunters Sàrl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lausanne, Canton of Vaud.
